enchiladas

For dinner this evening I planned to make enchiladas. I have actually never made this wonderful mexican dish before, only eaten them at restauraunts, etc. I was having a lot of fun preparing them, and then it was time for the test – see if Mohan likes it.  They looked awesome, and they tasted good too, the only problem is that they were so extremely hot and spicy!!  My mouth was on fire, I was dying halfway through, but I made it. I guess I did well for my first time, but seriously if I ever have the taste for enchiladas again, i’ll need to spice it down!!
