happy almost black friday
just kidding! Happy thanksgiving! I have already received at least 10 text messages to say happy thanksgiving :) I think its really funny that people I barely talk to text everyone in their phonebook on holidays :) Is it just an Illinois thing? No, i guess not-Amy lives in LA. So, we are off to Toledo for our first holiday together, married that is…yes we are married!
I’ve noticed that people are really into this holiday season. Since I work at Starbucks and see lots of perfectly random strangers each day, I like to listen to what they are doing and inquire sometimes. This morning I went to work and was back home before Mo was out of bed :) He got up at 9. Anyway, people are excited…about shopping and food! I know people are also conscious about money and the troubles that everyone is facing, but I think the holiday is a nice little distraction.
I’m happy to be with family today, and so thankful for all of YOU!
